Wine Coordinator Peri Ermidis is in house most nights to answer any questions, make suggestions, and ensure you get a perfect pairing to Chef Kurtis' regional fare. Recognized in 2011 by Salt Lake Magazine as Utah's "Best Wine List", our wine program is as strong as ever.
